Wife's new ride! Her turn after we paid for a Camaro and a half. This stuff went on great! Spent 8 hours on it, from wash to finish. Lots of polishing, considering it had 500 miles on the clock.

If you haven't done so already, I'd definitely put the Adams Ceramic Boost on top of it.
It works best when sprayed into one towel, spread, and wiped with a different one to eliminate streaking.

A towel along the lines of the single soft works best.

Durability will double in my experience using it with boost vs. without.

The Ceramic Spray Coating? Yes, with proper maintenance it'll shine, and protect, for about eight months. No need to wax over top, Ceramic Boost is the Sealant for Adam's Ceramic Coating line, and I apply every few washes. No, the paint won't be swirled, but the coating could be. Proper wash techniques help to prevent swirls.

The Spray Coating will not last 3 years.
The most recently released version of Adams Spray Coating states 10-12 months.

The prior version stated 6-8 months, up to a year maintained with Ceramic Boost, I can vouch for the 6-8 months on a daily driven non-garaged car.

The purpose of a ceramic is not to add shine to your paint, it is to protect it. Ceramics have increased hydrophobic properties over a standard polymer sealant, or carnauba wax, and provide excellent protection against acidic contaminates.

SIO2 is the chemical used that creates the protection. Another benefit using this type of protection is your car will stay cleaner, for longer periods of time. This will aid in making your maintenance washes easier.

While most all protection products can add some gloss to your paint, the best results are obtained by polishing. No protection product can produce the same amount of gloss, and anyone telling you it can is not telling the truth.

While you can re-apply Ceramic Boost every so often, it's easier just to use Adams Wash/Coat, as your going to wash the car anyway, so just use this every couple months instead. Wiping paint when it is dry creates a much bigger chance of causing swirls/scratches.

With the Wash/Coat, the surface is highly lubricated and no need to do any type of buffing to apply additional protection. Every couple months on a non-garaged car, 3 months on a garaged car, 4 months on a garage queen.

I just ordered Boost and Wash and Coat this past week. So far it has stayed really clean. Came home after getting rained on in her work parking lot and was still nearly spotless. I polished every swirl and rub mark out from manufacturing and transit until the paint was really nice before applying the ceramic.

The challenge will be the winter, due to the fact you don't want to run it through an automatic wash after coating. The waxes, harsh detergents, and spotless rinse will actually ruin the hydrophobic properties. It is parked inside but is a daily 3 or 4 days a week.

Oops, my mistake.
One of my comments above were for the Ceramic Paint Coating lasting up to three years, not the Ceramic Spray Coating. I'm getting, roughly, eight months out of the Ceramic Spray Coating and close to three years from Adam's original Ceramic Spray Coating. I fixed that post.

And yes, the Ceramic line of products will add gloss to the paint. A polished car will shine deeper due to less marring, however even a swirled up vehicle will have added gloss.

Summer shoes! Cleaning them up for storage today. What would you guys recommend coating them with in the spring to help keep them clean and protect them? Spray Ceramic, also, or?
