If you happen to remember it from 2013 or so at one of Back Street Performances Dyno days, it’s absolutely nothing like it was lol. https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showt...=279519&page=4 Post 55 has a few pictures of it now. It’s been a long slow path to where it is now but things are happening.

Currently finishing up swapping to a GForce 9” and 15” suspension and brake conversion. It’s got a F1C Procharger, made about 720hp before running fuel. Got a Fore double pump with AGP wiring harness and flex fuel sensor. Once I finish it all up and get the break in done for the rearend I’ll be taking it back to Back Street and have them finish tuning it, I’ll be running E85. Goal is to get it done for Dragweek in September, biggest obstacle is definitely a cage since I got the rearend taken care of now.

Thanks. I’ve always had the speed bug. Born and raised on drag racing and fast cars. Just now I have more expendable income and zero self control. They’re good people there, glad you recommended them to me when I put the cam in my car way back when.

Nope, doubt it was me especially if they were asking about a turbo. I last talked to Rich and Erik about mid August when I picked my car up. They’ve probably been wondering what’s taking so long for me to get it back up to them to finish tuning it.

Do they have scales? I’m kind of curious as to where I’m at on my weight distribution. Iv done nothing but add weight to this pig.

You’re not prying lol. Were you up at Dragway 42 late last year? I recall seeing a 5th gen with louvers up there sometime late August or September.

Ah yea I haven’t gone up to Norwalk in a while. I use to go there every Wednesday Night and some Fridays but it’s just too busy for my liking. Now that 42 is open again that’s where I always go. Can’t complain about having 2 great tracks to choose from within 30 minutes of me though. 42 is a great track now, of course the facilities are still lacking but the track itself is excellent.

Yea I go to Park Ave from time to time. I don’t do anything crazy anymore though, I got a CDL I have to protect. Usually make a couple laps and make some noise, then sit back and enjoy what ever hilarity the high school kids get themselves into.
