Please help me! Low oil pressure at idle- recently spun a bearing, replaced cam,....

SOOOOOO I am very deep into this and I can't go back now guys, I am almost home free. It all started with a bad bad knock blah blah I pulled over had it towed immediately. Myself as well as my shop thought for sure it was a lifter (and well it was one of the things) caused damaged to my cam, and well I took it as an opportunity to do what I always wanted to do and throw a stage three in there, also trunnion upgrade, oil pump the whole bit due to my high mileage.

So cam swap done, my mechanic texted me " hey bud its all put together, but still knocking sounds like its coming from the lower end..." WHAT

Long story short I spun a bearing, crank got sent to machine shop for a polish and was replaced, and my crankshaft bearing and cam bearings were replaced by i believe gem. I will attach pic of mechanics notes.

anyway, after a week of having the car back (running great) I noticed my oil pressure once the car is warmed up idles around 12PSI it goes up to about 30psi if I get on it and it starts at 30 psi at a cold start. What could this be? should I hope its the oil pump and go with a melling? Literally anything helps
