Yup like everyone has said to run E85 (really E50-60) you will need LT4 fuel system.
I have a 2.75 pulley if you want to bring the boost down to 7-8psi which is what I had it at. Still made 630wheel (remember with LT4 fueling). My honest opinion save a bit more and get the fueling its totally worth it... 550w with the added blower weight will still make you slower than a few all motor bolt-on cars and definitely slower against cammed 6 gens. Do that all from the get-go, same some money on retuning and another labor as they all have to be taken out when installing the lt4 blower anyway (except the intank pump).

HP limit LT1
Well. I think the limiting factor on the LT1 using an Lt4 blower assuming you are fueling it correctly is going to be the weaker piston in the LT1. As long as you stay around 650 RWHP or less you PROBABLY will have a relatively long life on the engine. The weaker material of the piston and basically the ring gap setup on the LT1 piston is NOT ideal for higher boost situations.

I will say it again
lYou need LT4 fuel system to run E85. At 5psi you can likely run full E85, at the 8-9psi you will be limited to E50- E60 which is all you need to get the benefits of E anyway.
ADM performance has a lot of info on the topic. https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=528126 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=527512 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=475479 https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=444241 And again You need LT4 fuel system to run E85.
