Help! Can't get into the trunk

He hasn't said yet if the door can be opened if not he can't drop the back seat section. Just do like most have said and hook up under the hood then you can get door open then hit trunk button.

If you can't follow this in the next 2 days forget it.

It must have worked he hasn't answered in 2 days unless he got locked in the trunk.

Why could he possibly not be able to open the door.....the key still fits in the mechanical lock
