Trailing arm and toe-rod install?

Hey folks, so I'm getting ready to install some BMR trailing arms and non-adjustable toe-rods with polyurethane bushings, and of course, I waited until Friday evening to read the instructions. Both sets of instructions say I need to pump some grease into the bushings after installation, but does not specify what type of grease. Anybody out there know what type of grease I should be using? Also, as the years go by, any advice on how frequently I should re-grease these bushings?

Also, from what I've read, both on the forums and in the instructions, I'm a little unclear on whether or not it matters if I torque all the bolts with the suspension loaded or not. All of the bushings I'm installing are polyurethane from BMR, not rubber. From the instructions, it looks like I can torque everything before I lower the vehicle as long as I mark the original position of the inner bolt on the toe rods. Any advice on this out there? Thanks.

You need synthetic grease. BMR supplies this also. You need to look at the sticky thread in the suspension section about clocking the bushings. I have BMR toe rods and trailing arms and did them myself

Thanks for the reply sir, I read the sticky, it's the same for rubber bushings as polyurethane? Looking at the pictures in that thread, the rubber there looks pretty squishy and the polyurethane ones that I have are hard, same process for both?

Yes same process only ones you don’t have to do are links with spherical bearings.
