I built some homemade ramps out of wood. Works like a charm. I also have the Rhino ramps, but needed something lower profile to clear the front end.

I just used my set of 4 rhino ramps this weekend with my avalanche to put running boards on it was not worried one bit. One set is 20 years old the other set is 8 years old.
When I had my 2003 crew cab long bed duramax I had it up on the same 4 to replace my u-joints, differential pinion seal, and numerous oil changes.
Good luck on what ever you choose.
John

Rhino ramps are very sturdy. We used to have the metal ramps when i was younger 20 years ago. Those sucked because they would skid across the concrete when you went ro drive up them, those i would worry about collapsing more than the rhinos

I tossed my metal ramps out after I started using these Rhino ramps. The metal ramps sank into the driveway in the summer time and are heavy. I can toss my Rhino ramps in the trunk and take um along on a trip etc. Ya never know when you might need them.

My car has a 1.8" drop in front, i can't use traditional ramp. I like Ron123's idea. I'll have to do that. My clearance in 2.5" under multiple points on the car, and I don't even have side skirts yet.

My RhinoRamps have served me well for the last decade without any issues. They are good quality ramps.

Ramps. I am on a slight downhill grade, that slants a little to the right. The oil plug
also faces right. The ramps puts me level, with small tilt right, and get it ALL out...
