Nguage .... pros and cons?
Interested in using an Nguage and can’t find a lot of info on here about them compared to others. What’s your thoughts on cost, function etc. Thank you

I had one in my camaro and now I have one in the vette. I like being able to see 6 parameters on one screen as well as clearing codes on the fly if you get any.
I wired my wideband and n2o bottle pressure into the analog inputs. I do not use it for tuning or logging. I use an actual laptop for that. Function it is great. Price might seem steep but you are getting 6 gauges in one (with warning lights you can set up) and a shift light. I do not use the shift light function but I do have the warning lights (actually the background of a parameter will change colors to alert me to something wrong if it happens). |

I totally agree I have it to read boost, E85 content, IAT, fuel pressure, Engine oil temp, and coolant temp and I see that all in 1 display. I do use it as a shift light because it is pretty bright. Adding to what he says you can hold multiple tunes for your vehicle. It has a external storage that you can datalog your runs and have up to 20 parameters to read in the background. It is very useful to have that information should you want to tweak your tuning or even if you want to learn how your car runs. I would highly recommend it as a investment for your vehicle.

We offer them to our customers for multiple tunes. We usually do a street tune, a track tune and a 100 octane tune. Cool stuff.

I have one but haven't played with it all that much. I have a dual vent pod as well that I have to set up.

One other thing I forgot to mention is that I even have my AFR sensor installed and read with the Nguage reading those parameters should you want to go with LTH. Obviously it can help if your spraying or if you got bigger injectors etc. But one great option is that this device is a all in one when it comes to tunes, datalogging, diagnostic, and getting information of your vehicle in real time. It is up there in price compared to the other guages in the market.

Hey now,
I just got my car Dyno tuned and it makes just under 650 whp on e85. Now I want to monitor some stuff. I was thinking of getting a dual Guage pod and getting a 52 mm digital wide band air fuel ratio Guage and a 52mm digital volt meter to read the boosted voltage from the jms boost a pump (like when it boosts the voltage up over 17 volts when the gas pedal is pushed far enough). I could probably get the Guages and pods for $350 or so. Now the question is can the nguage read those things or something similar to let me know that the boost a pump is doing its job? Also how are you all mounting it? Thanks

A ngauge can do those things for you. An aeroforce gauge is a good option, as well. I monitor iat2 and fuel pressure on my ngauge and lambda on my aem wideband gauge. Either the ngauge or the aeroforce will monitor lots of obd2 stuff for you. Dashlogic is another option for you to investigate.

Thanks Rob👍
I could only find one nguage 5th Gen mounting option from smgspeed.Com where it sits in the drivers side ac vent, it looks pretty good. At full throttle what fuel pressure is the nguage showing on your car? Also can any dummy set this thing up? Asking for a friend 😂. Once again thanks
