Any automotive paint shop can clear and buff it for you. It just uses automotive paints.

Even better. I assumed it was the special epoxy used for composites. I’m playing 20 questions and I apologize. Does the clear need to have tint or will the factory tint come through just fine.
Thanks again

I’ve already researched it and I appreciate the knowledge. Made my week, and it’s been a tough week so;
Thanks

There is no need to add tint to the clear top coat going on. If you add more tint it will keep getting darker.

when I took mine off (to let the heat out from under my hood as my LS7 idled down here in Oklahoma) I placed it in my trunk and the push pull pins into a glad bag in the console. Why would anyone throw it out! When I had my front clip covered with 8.5 mil Xpel Ultimate they covered the carbon fiber hood inset too..still looks showroom fresh 5 years later.

..However.. if I ever sell my '15 Race Red girl, I'd have to tell the next owner, just look in the trunk/console. .not for sale. Not surprised on low volume crash parts for the Z/28.
