SUSPENSION HELP PLEASE!!!

I just recently purchased Koni orange shocks with eibach springs. Upon installation everything was going perfectly fine until I got to the back left (the last one). I got everything hand tight (no tools) and went to to align the knuckle with the lower control arm and i can’t get it aligned for the life of me. I have zero idea what would be causing this as the back right was just fine. PLEASE HELP IM STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS PROJECT WITH 1 BOLT TO GO!!!

Do you have the sway bar disconnected?

Are all the other bolts tightened down yet? If everything is torqued, you're going to have to loosen it all up and then it should help you get things lined up. I usually wait to torque everything until all the bolts are in just because of this.

Also, you're going to want to have the suspension at ride height when you do torque things so bushings aren't pre-loaded. Have you seen the thread about timing bushings?

Sway bar is disconnected and all bolts are loose. I actually just took the whole strut assembly out and I still can’t get it to line up. I’m so confused and frustrated

Take a couple other bolts out and try in a different order. Something is binding up or limiting the movement of the knuckle enough that it won't line up.

What bolts do you suggest I remove?

Probably the trailing arm and the toe rod, then there should be plenty of movement

Pull the hub out at the bottom (grabbing the rotor), while holding it bring the lower control arm up
