Thats what I'm afraid of. Too many changes happening in the setup to throw that hectic variable in the mix. Did you start with the ID2000 data?

Under the conditions of common sense. Lol. I’ve seen My Fic1300 hit 120% when my fp dropped, and would have never known if i wasnt logging. Wideband looked fine. But i would not consider it safe to push them beyond 100% intentionally.

80% gives you a window, so if FP drops for some reason, or you get a boost spike, you have it covered.

Are you saying you think its a good idea to run them up to and beyond 100% ??

Is that what I said? No, it is not. I have no idea the intention of this car...

I personally feel comfortable running them up to 90%.. If it was a dedicated race car, that would be a different story.

A fuel pressure alarm isn't a bad idea in either situation.

I've read a lot about the Bosch 210 injectors and it seems guys are using the injector data from ID2000's and having good success. The only problem I've found is people seem to have trouble getting them to idle perfect with regular pump 91/93 octane. However, with E85, they do well. I only run E85, so I won't encounter that problem.

1. Anyone here running them?
2. Are you on the stock ECM?
3. Where did you buy them from?
4. Which data did you use?
5. Does anyone sell them flow matched?

EDIT: Currently running FIC1300
You are light on timing, Heavy on fuel if you do not plan to run more boost I would stay with your current injectors.

On E you can run it .79-.80 which will give you a little more head room on the injectors.

you also have the option to run more fuel pressure 1-2 PSI will make a difference and not screw up your trims to much you can easily dial out a couple percent MAF to compensate for the higher fuel pressure.

You also want to make sure you are actually achieving 1:1 fuel pressure/boost pressure rise.

If falling out of 1:1 then go after the fuel system first.

Ted.

Thanks Ted, that was the stock motor you helped me tune. New motor is 427 with FED heads, and a bigger blower. Def gonna need injectors. But i absolutely agree, my FP rise has never been right. I believe I still have an oring issue. FP is steady though.

Im guessing you’re not a fan of tuning the Bosch 210’s?

NO problem but it certainly would be quicker with ID1700s.
