HEY NOW!!! ive been waiting for that..damn it..LOL..i was planning on cutting about three inches off the base and lowering the spoiler down dramatically. cause the way it looked from the pics it was WAAAY to high in the air. and cuts off the natural curves in the rear of the car. i fiddled around on paint and lowered the spoiler just a little bit and i posted it right under the original picture somewhere on this forum, and the results were dramtically better. the spoiler was just a bit taller than the lip spoilers and looked kinda similar but with some air between the base and the top..

so i think maybe a plain "wing spoiler" would be nicer to look at than the "high wing spoiler" can any of you aftermarket guys make us one??? id love to buy one from you guys and advertise the hell out of it if someone decides to make one..ill give my full support and ill take before pics and measurements if you happen to need any to make one..maybe once the winter comes and i take the car off the road i could even lend the car to someone to use for a mockup car. PM me if any aftermarket guys are interested. Rick Bottom said he may do one up after sema, but hes not sure..but it doesnt have to be as high at all as the high wing one, id love to have the same design as the dealer one but not nearly as high.

Back in the day, and I remember it well the cool Trans Am's to own were Root Beer Brown with the gold chicken and gold honeycombs, white with orange/red chicken. No-one ordered the Smokey and the Bandit version (Black with gold) because that movie was SO last year in 78 and 79. 77 yes everybody wanted the black one

ABM was a nice color, too bad to see if go

Anyway, it's my favorite color choice on the Vette. Looks nice on

This frickin order process has easily taken 10 years off my life!! I will NEVER order another car agin. I had a TPW of 10-26 for my CGM 2SS RS 6M - Who the hell knows what will happen now!! I need a beer - no wait- several beers!!!!!

Thanks for the info Eric. Too bad about the ABM; beautiful color.
Anyone have any new info on when the 4-pack gauge set will be available for the 1SS cars? Last I heard GM quit giving a release date after the put it off about 5 or 6 times. TIA!

Too bad about ABM. I have seen it in person and it is awesome. It was my second choice after IOM. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what color comes out next.

I'm so f'n upset right now. Of course I had to order ABM so I could have a decent DD and now they cancel the color which will increase the sought-afterness, lol. Luckily I'm at the 3400 code(10/19) so I'll get it here soon, I think. I mean I have gone from 2000-3400 in alil under 4wks. Shoot I'll put 150,000 mi on the car and still try to make a profit....haha.

Ditto on that comment. Authentic bumblebee (sunrise/sunset) would be a dream. I watched TransFo 2 the other night and the Z28 version is rubbing off on me with that color. Then again I wonder if the popular choice for the Z28 would be silver/black stripes.

I hate the fact that Aqua's going. It was one of my top colors.. not THE top color I would have gotten but it's a VERY good look'n color.

Also, i'm not sure if discontinued colors increase pricing, that is unless you make it a main selling point to an unknown clueless buyer. I have a 05 Screaming Yellow Mustang and they only offered that color for 2 years (05 and 06) until they replaced it with Grabber Orange. I don't see a price hike on those.. then again haven't looked, but then again it's a Mustang too lol. However I do like the fact that I only see 1 or 2 other yellows around town and the rest are the other colors.
