Thank you, I haven't stopped staring. I'm awful at taking pictures so they aren't the best quality, in the shade they look bronze-ish but in the sun they pop, i'm loving it.

A few weeks ago, right before my wife gave birth to our little boy, I had my fuel system upgraded and tuned for E85. Car made 985 rwhp and 859 ft/tq. I am more than happy with it but screwed up and didn't go larger on fuel lines with the new pump and injectors so I'm maxed out again because the lines won't flow enough fuel for more. In the process, I had a new clutch and MGW shifter installed and I have to say that the MGW is by far the best mod I have done to my car to date! I love it!!

Thank you guys, I’m ordering the black lug nuts now. The powder coater recommended a color change afterwards too on the calipers. I’m drawing blanks though on what color would work for them, I dont think the red looks bad with it. Any recommendations on the calipers guys?

@taz1727 - LOVE that wheel color! Have considered going to that on my silver car!
This week's project - I've looked at the little SS engine cover badges and have nearly ordered one before. I grew up in a machine shop so I tend to want to build and make things myself so, I did! Aluminum plate, polished edges. Set in place with 2 pieces of 3M tape under ends (cleaned up the tape edges sticking out after these pics). Just to make sure there are 2 small screws under the LS3 badge! After I mounted the aluminum plate I covered the top with vinyl flat black wrap then stuck on the LS3 badge (made from the finest Chinesium available!) I think it turned out OK. |

That piece of metal I sawed out of a scrap piece of large aluminum channel, it would have required way too much surface work to polish it so flat black wrap did the trick. That stainless plate looks great! If I stumble upon a piece of stainless I may well make one out of that. The LS3 badge I used was inexpensive, 2 for 11 bucks. |

Not today, but recently, got my windows tinted. Had to remove the tint when I bought the car, finally got around to getting it retinted last weekend.
