If you want to drop boost psi, move from Dallas to Vegas. I lost 3 lbs making no changes, other than the move of course.

I have the GMPP ported heads. Milled them to bump the compression. They're nice pieces, definitely better flowing on the exhaust side. Aftermarket castings may make more power but for a lot more money. Well, I did get mine for a really good deal.
