believe me we're right there wishing for yours as well and this proves it is there ...just a matter of finding out for sure....dealer told me we got it at 9 AM this morning so there is still time for you...

Our dealer was a bit surprised that we had a vin...came up with a story about the email saying we would have an invoice by next Friday....not a vin.

I just spoke with my dealer and didn't get any good information. I could tell that he had not checked the report since Tuesday. He was convinced that it would be built this week, but he did not check the system again. Pretty aggravating.

He did say one thing that was interesting (I don't know if true or not!). He said that they had a way to mark a car as "hot" when it left the factory so that it would move to the top of the railway priority list and get delivered faster. That would be nice if true, but I have not heard about that from anyone else.

Bottom line for me, is it looks like I am still at 3400.

That is hilarious. I saw it a couple of times earlier, but I only check the site sporadically and I thought maybe I missed your announcement in one of the hundreds of posts that have gone by!

I think the dealers are trained to make up stories, instead of actually checking facts...

I'm sorry your still at 3400....wouldn't you be shocked if Viz posted your vin tonight.

Who else in the group does not have a VIN? I think I may have missed several posts.

Congrats punkin. Did u have ur vin before we posted about gettin ours? I didn't remember seeing it but that doesn't mean a thing! So u were only a few in front of us. Amazing how they decide who gets produced first. We went 3400 right after onlyhonda and got our vin at the end. I think they put order numbers in a hat and let the robots draw to see who gets on the line first. Seems like the vins r coming in a day late so the ones without still have tomorrow or maybe this evening.

Ill have to wait until Viz posts later. If not tonight, I hope there is still a chance this weekend for a VIN. Have people received them on weekends? Mine will probably be the last one:(

Found new one at Paddock Chevrolet and drove 2400 miles roundtrip to pick her up in Buffalo, New York on Nov. 5, 2009.
