Yea I found the guys at Freeway to be Ok once you warm up to them. Had my first service done last Saturday, "Flawless" oil change/lube, and detail all at no cost.

I put 111 miles on the car in 24 hours !! I took one of the pictures while hiking today, the orange speckle you see in the distance is the car

I'm about to join the order fray and wonder if one dealer in the greater Phoenix area stands out from the rest. I'm in the East valley but that doesn't really matter. I'm looking for a dependable and honest dealer, communicates the good and bad news, sells at MSRP or below, and honors discounts that I might qualify for. Any recommendations? Below MSRP would be great but I know the ride is popular. Looking forward to the end of the wait once I get an order placed.

I would recommend Thorobred Chevrolet in Chandler. Great "local" company with really good people. We have bought 6 cars from them and have NEVER had any issue. John Simonson is the owner, a very nice guy.

Ask for Mike Jimenez in sales - an excellent example of what a salesman should be! Tell him Nick sent you - you won't be sorry. (he's also a member of Camaro5 and knows his tuff)

Let me know how it goes.

We also had 2 Avalanches that we bought from Thorobred!

i ordered mine on 9-24-09 it is at 3000 last time i checked. my tpw is 10-26 and i havent been able to find out if i am at 3300 or 3400 hundred yet

viz has been out so i went to moderncamaro.com and they found out the info for me. very fast response too

i am at 3400 effective 10-26-09

hopefully i'll be able to take delivery b4 11/30 so i can get $500 off for not taking the 60 day guarantee!
