Angry low oil pressure

Hey guys, i see tons of posts on low oil pressure... well... its happened to me now... and ive replaced the sending unit, and oil pump. it is now a melling 10295. with the red spring inside which is high pressure... at idle when its warm im at 15 psi. driving is around 30 psi. it is a cammed v8 6.2, tsp stage 3 cam, stock bottom end. top is basically done. and has a holley sniper low pro intake 102mm tb. and... im at a loss. my tune/mechanic suggests the relief spring/valve is stuck... so i tapped on the timing cover with a hammer today while i did the oil change... im just lost... ran out of things to check i guess? short of tearing into the front of the motor....pickup tube loose? maybe? i dunno...

O-ring could be cut at the pump — very common when doing new pump...

I used Driven’s assembly lube instead of oil to avoid cuts in the o-ring...
