Contact your local GM dealer with the VIN and they can get them for you.
Front Bumper Part# 22997723
Left Front Flare Part# 23240635
Right Front Flare Part# 23240634

You may be able to get a wholesale price if you ask for body shop pricing, not sure how it will work in your area though.

What color? The flares now come primed from GM.
