I used G2 on mine and don't have any chipping issues. G2 has a warranty for the lifetime of their paint. But I agree if you can powder coat them, do that. But I'd your painting your calipers. What helps to keep them clean is to put in carbon ceramic brake pads. I did that and I hardly need to wash my calipers.

I have about 100k miles on mine since I painted them. They aren't perfect but have held up very well.
