Yes the pot holes are terrible and what’s worse is the warped expansion joints on highways when you hit them you bottom out the suspension and it sounds like you’re windshield is going to crack ! Try looking into the bfgoodrich comp 2 a/s + they are highly rated and Y rated at 186 mph ,,,,, my limiter was tuned off and I regularly hit 165 plus on spirited drives ! That’s why I would only buy y rated tires .

I'm running the BFG Comp 2s, and am very happy, over 10k in then with plenty of tread and they don't scare the shit out of me when it's cold in the morning.

Which size? 285 all around or 305 in the rear? I went with BFG Comp 2 a/s in the original size and for my next set I'm thinking of keeping the BFGs but swapping to a 305 rear.
