Eric did make a good point. I thought our car shipped out today but the system said silver at 10:39. That is not the starting place so we had shipped before that.

I've been tracking your car as well.............maybe if they are getting to many inquiries on the same car it overloads the system...

Hey guys, I'm joining late to the party. Long story, I placed my order on 9-19 at a small dealer and was told that it might be the first of spring before it came in. I was #3 on the list and have been stalking spastic squirrell to see if my dealer has placed any new orders, to count down the two cars in front of mine.

I checked yesterday, and almost fell over, seeing a sticker for a car identical to my order. I called today and confirmed that it is my car. My status is "available to ship" according to camarotracking.com.

One question for everyone: I see some of you have been shipped and posted an Est. delivery date. Is the estimated date something that I will get from camarotracking when I reach "shipped" status? If not how are you getting the date?

What a great surprise to find your car on Spastic Squirrel. When we called our dealer and told him we had a vin he faxed us a copy of the invoice he had just received from GM....it had an estimated delivery date on it...of 11/4. Unforutnately our car is in the "HOLD" status today so I'm guessing that date will be off.
