Knock Sensor Codes; Please Help!

About a month ago I received two codes, P0330, and P06B7. Knock sensor malfunction bank 2 and Knock Sensor Performance Bank Two. I took it to the shop and they replaced both knock sensors, and found a frayed wire harness but on Bank 1’s wire harness....(Weird I know.) got the car back and codes were gone. Drove for about 10 miles and CEL came back on. This time P0325 (Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank 1). Decided to take a look my self and could not find any frayed wires, loose connectors on bank one but noticed Bank 2’s wiring harness had been spliced and the wires were switched. I respliced them (blue to blue and grey to grey) and surprisingly enough. The P0325 Bank 1 code went away but shortly after I got P0330 BANK TWO AGAIN???? I’m lost and confused. Anybody have any ideas or had similar problems?
