My car arrived in Battle Creek MI on 9-10.
Now when I call the CSX # it now tells me "load was bad ordered arrived Battle Creek MI 9-11 8: am no ETA available"

I have been told that Bad Order is the code for the train is broke. No eta because they do not have the problem diagnosed or repaired.
