What about the red jewel tintcoat, is anyone considering that?

I do think silver is to plain of a color for the camaro, and as to the washing part, any dark color will show dust every day, my truck is dark blue and if i wash it in the morning it looks dirty by the night so im going with either orange or victory red. any brighter color will not show dirt very well. Trust me, i cleaned cars for a living at a Chevrolet dealership for two years

I was also wondering why more people are'nt considering red....
Most people don't want red due to the rumor that red attracts police more.

If I were to get a red, it would be that. More a personal opinion of why I'm not going to, but it's a sharp looking color.

Its just part of the humans thought train. Reds Yellows and Oranges catch the eyes attention as apposed to Blues, Greens and Blacks which is more comfortable for the eyes, less noticed.

Exactomundo!

As for red and yellow attracting cops, yeah, but so will the fact that I drive a V8. I'm getting prepared for the fact that I WILL be stopped a lot more often in my Camaro then in my current Saab. Which is kinda funny since the biggest ****ing idiots I see on the road drive old Volvos!

But I got a safety argument for choosing yellow: you're more visible to other drivers so you tend to blend in with everything else less, which means people see more easily where you are, means you're less likely to be hit.

Haha that reminds me of something someone told me. They said that the brighter colors like yellow get into more accidents because of people targeting them. Dumbest thing i ever heard

Yeah that's pretty stupid. I heard something about it being black and red more often then not, but then again it could just be because black and red are popular.
