TPMS issue FL reading zero
So I'm having my first issue, its possibly a bad TPMS sensor. The FL is just reading zero on the dash display even though its holding air without issue. Anyone else have a TPMS just read zero?

Yes, I have one go bad previously, reading 0 and it required replacement. Prior to replacing, you might try to reset all the sensors so see if this could clear up the issue. Most sensors should last at least 5 years, I have gotten more than 10 years of life out of some. I have also run into an issue on another Chevrolet vehicle I own after replacing the same sensor 2x to have it stop working within hours and giving up on it thinking I bought bad parts, to days later have the vehicle battery die. Vehicle batteries seem to die / deteriorate more often in the hot summer months. I replaced the vehicle battery and the single TPMS that was not reading resumed normal operation. Strange, I know, never heard of that one before either but it has been working for over a year without fault.

This spring when taking the car out of storage, and after rotating the tires and resetting the TPMS with my trigger tool, the right front of my car started reading zero. Tried another reset and trigger and it's been working perfectly since.

I had one that slowly dropped the reading. It never got to zero, but it would trigger the dash light in the mid 20's IIRC. The tire actually had correct pressure in it, but the sensor was reading lower and lower. I didn't have to replace it.

One of mine (Rear Left) stops transmitting when it gets over 38 PSI in the heat...
If it rains, the tire temp lowers, and it starts transmitting again. |

Anyone have a correct part number for the TPMS sensor? Dealers won’t give it out anymore.

THE CORRECT PART NUMBER IS 13581560. THE 14 15 Z/28 USES THE CORVETTE TPMS SENSOR. HEAVY DUTY STEEL TUBE AND CAP.

AC Delco 20964159 is what I bought and installed 3 months ago. They matched the original TPM Sensors that came where already the car. They worked fine with the re-learn process.
