Who is Hendrick's of Hendrick's Chevrolet? I'm assuming it's a chain store with some guys name on it. The car looks cool but way too expensive. I think I've seen the Hendrick name at my Acura dealer though so I'm confused.

I'm a big Hendrick fan and I love this car. I can't afford 76k, but if money wasn't an issue I'd tuck away one of these in the corner of my garage. |

I think I'll make a FrankT special edition. It'll be a limited edition of one.

Not worth more than 48K in my opinion. I like the Corvette hood though.

Hoods nice but $76k is ridiculous, I'm sure someone will buy it though.

I agree the price is hard to defend, however consider nearly all the other "tuners" doing a car come close to those dollars; Hennessey, Moss, lingenfelter, and others certainly are close to the same money. I actually like the car. I think we have seen others reveal drawings and concepts of what they would like to do, then the actual car generally has the really cool details missing. I respect Hendrick for actually following through on the details, like real carbon fiber, the window hood, and finally some wheels you CAN'T get on a Honda or an Escalade.
Like the guy or not the car looks well done, and somewhat tasteful. Whether you like the details or not they seem to be well executed. That being said...I image for the few that have the money, this would be a very good value. |

I think they did a nice job. Rick Hendrick's certainly does not need the money or is going to get rich selling these cars. He is a car guy and a Camaro collector. This is cool car that he wanted to build to commemorate the 25th anniversary of his race team. Rick is a class guy and operates at a level of excellence that has made him incredibly successful in business, racing and life. Congrats Rick and HMS on your 25th anniv.
