You shouldn't be worried, but you should be aware that it happens, especially since you're going to be north of 600/700rwhp after doing everything you're talking about. It all depends how hard you hit it and how often. If you do a lot of drag racing and are constantly hammering the drivetrain, yes, you will break stuff a lot faster than if you daily drive it. You should also plan a few suspension mods to keep up with the hp.
But don't think of it as breaking stuff, think of it as a mandatory upgrade!
