Driveshaft vibration issue - please help

Does anyone have a diagram or detailed pictures of how the driveshaft should be bolted in?

2014 SS manual trans stock driveshaft
20k miles

We pulled the trans to install a McLeod RXT and I'm getting weird vibration issues. We tried to diagnose on Sunday - vibration was damn near violent at 30 mph. Put back on the lift, unbolted driveshaft, rotated one bolt right, bolted up, drove it - rinse repeat. Settled on a combo where vibration was the most tolerable. But it still does it right around 55 mph.

I've done a lot of searching but haven't found the exact pics/diagram to show how it should be bolted to the trans side and the diff side. Any help is much appreciated!
