I got on the computer and googled Youtube and found one that showed me I thought I could fix it myself. Changed the 2 key around very easy. Put the other keyfob in the ignation and started the car while holding the new one turned the car off restarted it turned it off. Then put the new key in turned it the car started it 3 times. Started every time. Suprised me I was able to do this without FFFFFFF it up.
Good job my brother!!! See you are never too old to learn new tricks!! lol.

I disconnected the Battery Tender , backed it out of the garage , gave it a bath . Put it back in the garage , connected the Battery Tender back on and covered it up to keep our cats off of it .
I'll be using my truck as my mom found out I was on vacation and has a list of things for me to do . Pressure washing her driveway is top of the list as well as smoke detector batteries , etc. .

Finished up the exhaust install, installed rdp tune. Then moved it in the garage to plug in the battery tender.

Removed the Vitesse TC the previous owner had installed years ago. It has a ported Vmax and CAI. That's enough, don't need the placebo effect of a TC as I was beginning to get weird idle issues. Car only has 28k on it, I don't need CEL and and other headaches

I wouldn't call TC placebo.

It is not a performance, but a tool that sharpens the car's response.

And I can't say that I would feel any change after installing TB with CAI.
After the tune yes. But that was before the installation of TB.
Then I no longer knew the difference ported TB / not ported TB.

But I remember that when I loaded the datalog and sent the fuel map for correction after installing ported TB, I had to disconnect TC.

It was like slicing a steak with a blunt knife Without TC, it's just not it.

Of course, it has to work as it should

^^^ Not denying what you say, but it just didn’t make sense on my pretty-much-daily driver, especially when it’s beginning to display signs of failure. Surge, rough idle, not worth it. Runs smooth as silk now.

Bought the car 4 months ago. I have put 1000 miles on it in that 4 months and just did MY first oil change to the car. First of many I'm sure.

5th gen, new side marker lights

My son in law helped me replace the side marker lights with LED markers. Love them!

Went out and looked at it.
I was supposed to go to cars and coffee this morning but tore up my left knee last night. ACL or MCL, I will figure it out on Monday. Luckily it's an auto otherwise it would probably be months before I showed it some love.

Getting old really sucks.

Well THAT sucks!!! Welcome to the "bad back and knee club"... I messed mine up 3 weeks ago and it is just now being better. Gotta be careful..
