Where does the PIN number come from when pairing the phone? I've only used my verizon cell phone (Chocolate LG) by dialing-- never with a ear piece, so i've never really paired anything yet.

Got the same 30 free minutes. plus they offered me 100 additional minutes for $14.99 then when I ask if they had any Military specials the Rep. gave me an extra 100 minutes on top of the 100 minutes special for $14.99 and reminded me when it comes around to renewing my OnStar( with in 30 days ) , upon my request they will roll over any unused minutes I have left for another year.

Nearly 50 cents per minute is expensive on top of my phone bill. I currently have an Iphone 3gs. So is there any way to bypass the system and not have to use the OnStar Minutes.. HELP!
If you are ever in Delaware, swing by NUCAR and Bill wil show you how it works!

The tech guys at Verizon will help you out too. My dealer went through pretty much everything with me. Once you get it paired the radio display will show a PIN that you store in the phone. In the morning when I leave I push my phone button on the steering wheel and the car says "ready". I say "bluetooth", and it responds "bluetooth ready". Then on the radio display you'll see the bluetooth symbol. Set your phone down and you can now work through the car's system. When you push the phone button again it will say "ready", you'll say "dial or call". Mine then says "call using LG".

Hardest part (and frustrating as hell ) of the whole deal is voice tags. Haven't mastered that yet. I've had to change the address book in my phone and use nicknames to get it right.

Good luck man, I've spent a few hours trying to figure all of it out and still haven't done it yet.
