Update on the Red Devil - 10/30/2009

Suspension:
New upper control arms are in. These have the pedders bushings already installed.
One of the rear upper control arms was damaged during the Pedders suspension install - this is the replacement.
Still waiting on the Swaybars from Pedders. Suspension still needs Caster bolts installed,
Updraded cradle bushings (3) for the rear diff (upgrading to the HD kit), Front and Rear Swaybar, and the Adjustable end links.

Body:
Revolution hood is in. It is at the Auto Body shop. Need to trial fit the hood before
any prep and paint work is done to it. I am also going to use the chin spoiler from Revolution (still need to order this).
This will have to wait till SEMA is over before I can order it.
I have the NLP Carbon fiber Rear trunk lid Spoiler on order. Waiting for it to be built.
I will need the ducting manufactured for the underside of the hood,
and am going to add a screen to the inside of the hood scoop inlet.
That will round out the extent of the red devil's body work.. Subject to change based on anything new and exciting from SEMA.

Driveline:
Ordered half shafts for the rear end from Spohn. Got in on the group buy.
I have a set of BME traction bars already, but I want to wait until the Pedders suspension is complete before using these
to see if they fix the wheel hop issue.

Tires and Wheels:
Ordered street tires a week ago - Bridgestone RE-11 size 285/35R19.
The tires are in - I ordered them through Rob at Expert tire in Westfield, MA.

They are going to be mounted on CCW 505a's 19X10 (all 4 wheels are the same).
I ordered these today. here is a picture of the wheels. They should be here in about 2-3 weeks.

Not at all GTA... Copy away!

The CCW's are the best price I found for a forged rim.

You got a car to put them on? April is coming quick..

Hey Junkie,
There a local taxi service that we can call upon after we get in a drunken stupor at the track to deliver us to the hotel?

I drink and Don't drive after wards.. A Taxi is MUCH cheaper than a DWI...

(that's my backup plan in case my friend doesn't come with his camper)
