Oh...forgot to tell yall I saw a black with white rally stripe camaro this afternoon on the road. Beginning to see a few more around!

I think I found my baby...

Proviso, IL

Listening to the CSX info is challenging! I finally figured out that they said "on IHB", which is Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad. And then I finally figured out that they said "Proviso, IL" which I swear sounded more like "revoso, IL".

And here's a comforting thought. Last night a friend told me that he grew up near a railroad and they used to throw rocks at the trains for fun! I hope my baby is in a box car!

after this episode of waiting and wonderment we will definately be able to handle anything thrown at us in the future...our car is only about 6 hours from the dealer and so it could be tomorrow or two weeks from tomorrow...who knows.....

...we will certainly remember this proscess for the rest of our lives....this car will have so much special meaning to us...

This is a killer. I know it is a shock to be told I'm not a patient person...

....but I don't think I will EVER order another car. Either they will have it or not. I almost think I would have been better off not tracking it. I really do think it is the "watched pot that is never gonna boil".

for the guys stuck at a interchange, have you tried another rail company? i got to salen, il and waited there for almost two days with the same message. i figured out it changed trains to Union Pacific. started trackin with them

Yea! Our car is in Chicago Heights and I think we're ready to move on to a truck. Hopefully there's an "almost full" truck waiting. I don't want to wait around for a for a full load of cars! Signed all the papers today--we're soooo close!
