Front SF brace.

This is available in two versions for the 5th gen. One is a fixed length and works great, simple bolt in. The other is adjustable to pre-load tension inward or outward. To me, outward works best. 177 ft/lbs. torque on the attachment bolts.

You know the 5th Gen is just a two door G8/Caprice, right?

In all seriousness, this would probably mean more over at G8board.

Nasty comments that are also ignorant should be avoided. The photo is of a Spohn C10996 sub frame brace for a gen 5 Camaro. Hello! McFly!

I don't think so. Holden went to a lot of trouble in 2000 to make the point that ALL holden car then (and since) share almost everything, including their flaws. The Camaro5 owner can benefit from exactly what the photo shows in both fixed solid and adjustable versions. I have both versions on my 5 Holden 2004-2014 cars, including the Camaro, which has the adjustable as does the GTO. The fixed shown is $65.00 today at Spohn (I checked today) in the US. Even the ignorant can afford that. I get a lot of shite here from people who are ignorant of their own cars and the study by Holden to improve them. Ignorant requires educating yourselves (not you) and those making the truly ignorant remarks are not just ignorant but insulting with stupidity instead of knowledge.

You should’ve lead with that since Holden is not available here and not even around any more right? Just saying.

So because they went out of business, the engineering study they did is invalid?

Live and learn. Been on forum 9 yrs and learn something almost every day. Thanks for posting. This should really be of interest especially to guys who did the removable cross member cut mod for oil pan removal. Too bad description says it doesn’t clear most LT hdrs.

It's easy to fabricate one that looks like a late 60's Chevelle rear sway bar. Instead of to clear the diff, it's to clear the headers.
