Looks great! Took me a minute to realize you pulled the "camaro" badges off the fenders.

I dig the look of your efforts. Still I'm old school and like a little polished lip on the rims.

Enjoy!

Thanks! The rims are pretty pricey...but the only rims I found that I really liked the style and finish. There are a lot of rims out there, but sometimes they are "too complicated" with the styling.

HRE rims are forged, not cast, which has a huge benefit. Plus, the people at HRE were very helpful in wheel specs (offset, etc.) that gave me comfort that the rears would fit nicely.

I noticed you were also a Jeep Wrangler owner. I have a 2007 Wrangler 4-door that is also a black on black setup.

Yes. I had to clean up the side of the car...which meant the GM badge and "CAMARO" lettering had to go. Sounds like GM has also abandoned the GM badge going forward as well.

Thanks! The black on black color scheme is something I am trying to carry across my vehicles. I agree the polished wheels would be sweet...one of my favorite cars is the camaro in the movie Better Off Dead...black with chrome wheels.

A drop may be in the works this winter. Nothing too crazy...perhaps something from Eibach or Pedders. I have not made up my mind yet.
