Oil in runners

I took off the plenum cover to paint and looked at the runners. I have an elite engineering catch can hooked up, as well as a clean side separator. I was wondering if a light coat of oil in the intake manifold is normal even with this setup.

Also, here was the outcome of the painting. Going to do the throttle body, IM and valve covers soon too.
