yes a tune is def what us V6 guys need! Im looking to get the most out of the engine but without taking the big step to superchargers or turbos. Hopefully these headers will get us to where we want to be + a couple other mods

yeah easy 3 mods to have but no one to tune us yet. aren't ceramic coated headers supposed to better to delay heat soak?

I'm looking hard at these too, but don't see them on the JBA site yet. It would be nice to see some numbers no matter how small.

I'm also pleased with the sound of my broke in overpriced GMPP exhaust and Airaid intake. The shorties would be a nice addition.

OK, so I haven't seen this thread visited in awhile so im 'bumpin' it back up. In this vendor thread JBAGreg said a few days ago:

"The V6 (shortie) Dyno tests will be available next week. I am working on getting a NA graph on the long tubes. All our testing was on the JBA Super Sport which has the Vortech Supercharger. We dont have a graph for the A6 complete but I can tell you that it made 17RWHP and the same amount of Torque as the M6."

Now I'm thinking the rest of the part after the bolded area is refering to the V8. Has anyone heard any more info on these? If anything, we should have a dyno sheet to look forward to next week.

Also can't wait to hear these with an aftermarket exhaust and see how it changes things.

I checked on there website a bit back and its listed in there catalog...the problem im seeing is even though they are shorties, it appears they will not pass emissions....this has me a bit worried. I live in IL near st louis and am not real sure what my requirements are to pass....uhhh
