You saying you met Tran the owner of this site @ LVMS or another Tran? I just changed Camaro5 Fest out of the title and from your post. the Vendors and Sponsors of the Fest monitor the forum quite a bit and I didnt want them to have any misunderstanding that is all. We are all for meets etc. In the Fest threads we have had great conversations and action items for "Official" meets in other locations. So feel free to get in there and see where we are with the process and add your thoughts if you like

Is the Fbodyfather going to be at the Seattle Car Show on the 11th for sure. Vancouver Group is talking about a cruise down to Seattle for that. My Maro is parked for the winter but can permit for the day if the weather is good. But if he is there for sure I just might run the Cav down just to meet. When I ended up as 1 of the final 4 in Area 51 He sent the rail tracking # to me personally and a sorry for the delay. Cool guy would like to meet him.

When i asked the US Border dudes they had no issue. But remember they will not be happy leaving there booth to look at rear plate. My suggestion is go to Home depot find a couple of suction cups to hold plate on inside of windshield. But be careful of scratching plastic dashboard. I know I have seen suction cups that would work, might have to search a bit.

Now as far as our customs dudes. I posed the same question to them. There answer was if they wanted to the could pull you aside for inspection and call Abby PD to deal with the no front plate issue. That's par for the course as in all my border experiences the bad ones are always coming back home. There atitude sucks. They treat you like common criminals.

Just curious are Camaro 5 members meeting up some where at the auto show. Nobody answered the ? as where it held.

I did answer that lol, its being held at the Quest field Expo hall & there are some of us meeting up with scott, hes posting that information as soon as he gets it at in the seattle show thread on the northwest section lol.
