Pennsylvania allows 1/8” outside the body but there are tons of jeeps and retarded dodge pick ups that have most of the tires outside with no issues.

Yeah the jeep/ram epidemic has spread here too but seeing as you need just cause to pull someone over here that would be like leaving yourself open to random stops all the time. It's bad enough as it is getting followed by police, I don't think I want any more attention.

In the US any violation of the vehicle (or inspection) code is enough to initiate a traffic stop.

Well like I posted earlier, I did have these same tires mounted on my M228's that were 20x11 wide with a +43 offset, and they came JUST even with the edge of the fender well.
