That looks really good. I may have to start exploring the underside of the hood on my 13 SS. I feel like I can really start customizing it now that I have the 15 that I am going to keep stock.

Yea, there is so much you can do under the hood, you can go "full tilt" like I did, or just a touch to add some color and bling to suit your taste. Check out Phastek Designs, they have all kinds of stuff.

Looks like great fun!

On a total side note - my dad is a retired Senior Master Sergeant. Retired in 76. And boy do I have some cold war, radar bubble stories I could tell....that I was actually, directly involved in as a little kid...grin...

Those strut tower covers ever get loose?
I remember people on here talking about how you would end up with potential hood damage. I really don't like the ugly strut tower caps and have been thinking about ways to dress them up.

Hey there, the old ones I used to have that just "slipped" on over the rubber used to ride up and almost lost one of them. The set I have on there now screws onto the bolt on top of the strut and has never came loose to date.

Mine just have a small adhesive tab in the center the sticks on the strut bolt. Been on a couple of years now with no issues.

Swapped out my Rockford Fosgate Prime R1675-S speakers for Alpine S-S65C speakers. Much happier now but getting the right speakers can be a frustrating and expensive proposition, especially since hardly anyone has speakers on display that you can listen to before buying.
