GM Factory throttle body

Can the GM factory throttle body can be service? My throttle body hesitate when I press on the accelerator and then it accleerate when I press a little harder? The car has been tuned but still have this problem. Does anyone know if there are replacement part for the drive by wire throttle body?
Thank you in advance.
