It is slightly incorrect for the car. It would be more appropriate on my car. HSV uses different logos.

Those cars look awesome! I wish i had the cash to get a G8 GXP. But i don't like Pontiac's nose on the car. The Holden's looks much better!

I just find it funny that people always say that, but when we got them not many people bought them. Wasn't the GXP comparable to a HSV?

Not even close. It is like CTS vs. CTSV

The way the body looks is everything though. The Pontiac just didn't look the same. interior on that HSV is sexier too :(

I guess I just don't get it, isn't G8 GT vs. a G8 GXP the same as CTS vs. CTS-V? I just remember people saying how great Australian cars where and how they wish they could get one when the Camaro and Firebird were canceled and before the GTO was announced. Then when the GTO came here it flopped right along with the G8.

Commodore HSV is essentially the same as the G8 GXP. Both LS3 powered, GXP had Brembo branded brakes. HSV has the gage pod above the center stack. The rest is just more bold styling on the HSV products.

But the Holden has the Corvette bi-modal exhaust and MR shocks, not available on the G8 GXP, so you could argue they are a step up, but not CTS to CTS-V.

Supposedly in the works is the HSV W427 using the Z06 LS7 engine.
