Yes the one I bought has the vent, matter of fact it has vents on both sides of battery. Very important for a Convertible

The Last 2 Red top batteries I purchased I was not impressed with, i have always have had good luck with Diehard batteries. I have a DieHard in my Ram that is from 2014 an dstill going, i will replace that one next.

I do the Walmart batteries as well. I have 3 years on my current battery w/o any issues, and it is vented as well. I can't recall if it is the 800 or 850 CCA, though

I really wanted to go with a light weight battery but the price on those are just to much for a non dedicated race car. The one option that was inline price wise I just didn't feel comfortable with as the its very small and doesn't have a lot of reserve power.

Installed the battery today, Works fine , I did take the Ground cable bolt out and took the paint off from under washer, everything looked clean the bolt itself had a little rust but it did come out hard. I added Dielectric grease to everything. The dash told me to put down drivers side window and after I did that it told me to do the Passenger side. Guess I just put it down then up?

Yup , just do what the car asks so that reactivate the window to come down and up before you open and shut the car door

I am guessing it'll tell you to redo it if it didn't take ? I think I followed the directions lol. I had other stuff going on so know I don't remember if I did what it said.

Sorry I'm a little late to the party.

My stock 11 year old OEM battery started giving me problems starting the car last year, particularly if it sat for more than 4-5 days, so I replaced it with a Motomaster Eliminator 94R/H7 AMG from Canadian Tire ($249.99 Canadian).

The charging system is programmed to charge AGM acid glass mat batteries. They are slightly different than the other lead acid batteries so I don't suggest anything radically different. Some people haven't had great experiences with expensive options like the Optima and others. I went with a big Costco AGM replacement.
Edit: oops I know I posted this before, happens to be in this same thread 6mo ago so e.g. double post.
