Brake duct adapters

Don’t have my z/28 anymore. Bought these from pat tucker in the UK and was gonna install them for track use. They allow you to run 3” brake hose to the rotor from the factory brake duct location. Brand new in box 110$ shipped Lower 48

Are they really necessary with carbon ceramic rotors?

Even more so with the carbon ceramic rotors. Cause the ceramic starts to off gas and degrade at track temps. And cooler brakes on track are never a bad thing

I’m not buying that, iron rotors yes but carbon ceramic are inherently different. Heat absorption is quite different between the two.

Lol, ok. You have track experience on these rotors I assume?

Maybe have a read before you make uneducated comments.
