verry true, but at low boost levels there's not much of a difference, the smaller s/c will typicaly show more tq. even whipple claims the 2.3 tvs will show more power at lower boost levels. but as u can already see 8 psi the 2.9 whipple is already taking over, as its matching / beating the tvs 2.3 with full bolt ons, and the whipple'd car is bone stock.

i'm hoping for 650wHP with mild cam.. try and get flat hp curve not dyno queen

not exactly bro.. my cobra was faster at 19lbs w/ whipple 2.3 vs the whipple 3.4 at 19lbs. the 3.4 was sluggish at that level very sluggish!!! it didnt shine til 20+++ ibs which thats what it was made for and it really turned up. a smaller blower at lower boost levels 8 or less will respond and be faster than a larger blower sorry... but im comparing whipple vs whipple im unsure comparing maggie to whipple..

sorry i'm kind of biased toward whipple..

question does the whipple have another belt in back or is that gears?

Your point is 100% accurate! In fact you'll get a better result from TVS1900 v.s. TVS2300 v.s Whipple 2.9 in 6lb boost. Unless you have a forged bottom, you better off with smaller blower with better response!

i wouldnt run much over 8 on stock bottom end.. i suppose you could run an alky kit or race gas and get a lil more safely but i wouldnt push it..

i got the meth kit waiting already for the camaro..

just need to start svaing for exhaust and supercharger!!!

yea theres been alotta debate on these meth/alky kits as well. you may wanna talk to ur tuner. alotta people say you need to plumb it in lower intake to see benefits with these style blowers vs. a centri or turbo who see results by runnin it after the maf.

i got it on my SRT (no maf has a MAP) love it..
was told with twin screws you can run before supercharger but to really see cooling benefit needs to be after supercharger.. so i think i'm going to look into direct injection meth.. just need more nozzles..
