I’m sorry to hear. (No pun intended). I have nothing to offer, but I can understand your frustration. I guess it isn’t the speaker. For what it’s worth, I can’t hear mine either. And sometimes my audio input just randomly switches to aux. Its probably a head unit problem. Seems to happen more if I have an iPhone cable plugged in, but has happened without it.

I finally fixed my issue, I replaced the amp in the trunk and tested all my audio from all 7 speakers and everything all good.

I replaced the amp on the same day I was scheduled to take it in to the dealer, I saved hundreds of dollars by replacing a $80 amp myself.
