Spark Plugs gone bad
Need help please. Just installed Kooks Headers and high flow cats. After 100 miles spark plug gaps are crazy big from 35 to over 65 on most of them. Stock plugs AC DELCO 41-104. Engine is stock just the headers.
2013 ZL1 only 36,000 miles Thanks for any help |

Looks like the electrodes are gone on some of those plugs. Did you have a tune done after installing the headers and cats?

No tune didn't think tune was needed for just headers and cats.

If they are genuine plugs, and genuinely only 100 miles....you seriously need the tuning looked at.

I switched to NGK TR6 series plugs. Runs much better. I have headers and hi flo cat. No special tune.
