I guess the dealers can't get the automatic updates that camarotracking.com offers. For the dealers to get an update on a car I guess they have to call....and most don't have time to call that frequently. Camarotracking.com will automatically send them an update when there is any change....and they can track every car they have on order.

I'm surprised that the dealers aren't informed about this website...you would think that they should already know but I guess not...

Hey my rail car is on the move again, although I cant ever tell what city the recording says, is it just me or is it hard to understand what he is saying. At least its moving again

There were several that I couldn't understand. I had to wait until the next stop and then backtrack to figure out where I had been. The accents are sooooo different.

My dealer said they check for updates when they enter new orders and anytime when the guy who does it has time...

I'm sure they get busy, and it's easy to forget about an order that is placed....and assumed as a sale. In general the public likes to be informed....I know I'm a bit obsessive...but just general status updates would be nice. Everytime we call the dealer it's like we are inturrupting him..........if he could just call or email the customer when the updates come in he would be a hero.
