Unhappy Engine Compression ratios

Hello, I feel shaking on the seats coming from my stock L99 I and decided to check easily accessible cylinders' compression prior to replace the timing chain. I checked on the cold engine. Of course on hot engine readings will rise.

Could you please advise what is the factory readings ? I can't find any reference

results

driver's side
1- 185 psi
2- 205 psi
3- 200 psi
4- 180 psi

passenger's side

1- 200 psi
2- 180 psi
3- not checked
4- not checked

One thing that I found is the formula, I need to multiply the compression ratio (10,4:1) by 1.3.
10.4*1.3= 13,52

According to my information, high values indicate coked rings.

Are my values within tolerance or I need to replace the rings and clean the valves?

The values that you have posted are within specification. I am not sure where that formula came from, but the only way that I know to calculate compression ration is by comparing the swept volume to the static volume.

Cranking (dynamic) compression isn't the same as static compression (swept volume vs static volume). The camshaft can have a major effect on dynamic compression.
