Pricing?
So I sold my 1LE in 2017 and have regretted it ever since, especially since they've started to hold or go up in value. I ordered from Becky spec'd exactly the way I wanted it. At the time of sale, it was near perfect with 13k miles with cam, bolt ons and I let it go for $30k. Now I see them going for the same price with more miles.
I might be able to purchase another in the coming months...so what's realistic? I'll stick with a 14-15 since it will have to have Recaro's and I'm ok with a few minor mods. Don't want a laundry list of modifications. I've always preferred to do my own modifications. I'd like 30k miles or less as well.

Your correct.
I bought my 2015 last summer for $32k with 32k miles.

Ahhh, the gold old days before pandemic pricing kicked in on used and new cars. I wonder if we'll see them come down to anything like that again. I think you got a hell of a deal at 19k even before all that stuff started. Especially with only 35k miles!

Too many variables but I'd venture to guess anywhere from high 20''s to mid 30's. I've seen numerous ones listed above 40k the past few years with low miles.

Was a privet seller on Craig's List and he listed it for $25k. Went to meet him to look at it and take a test drive. It was very well taken care of, plus the guy was super chill and very open. After the test drive, we chatted about the car and other cars we owned in the past. He mentioned he worked at a well know performance shop in town and he originally intended on getting into HPD time attack stuff with the car, but after buying an '86 Suburban, he got sucked into off-roading. He only used the 1LE to commute to the shop. After chatting for over an hour, he was happy to hear I was intending to do some road course stuff like he originally wanted to. He mentioned he only owed $18.5K for the car and would sell it to me for what he owed. Plus he offered to have me come in to his shop and put it on a lift so could have a closer look at it. I rounded up to $19K and took him up on his offer to bring it to his shop. It has been a trouble free 17K miles since and was one of the most satisfying purchases I have ever made.

Ok this seems realistic. I just don’t see paying over $25k for one. I refuse to just accept that car values went up and will never come down. The market can’t sustain that.

If you are willing to accept 30-60k mile range cars I feel you will be able to get one for $25-26,000 as I see them regularly listed in the $25K-$29K range. The problem I see is going to be the Recaros. They don't come up near as frequently and when they do they seem to be the cars pushing $30k. That being said I'd never buy one without.

I bought my 2015 1LE with 19k miles for $35k back in September. It came to TX from Illinois, but you’d never know with how clean it is underneath. The only downside is it doesn’t have Recaros, which I really missed from my last 2015. Right now I’m collecting the last few parts needed to do a full Z/28 aero and suspension upgrade, later on I’ll try to track down a good set of Recaros.
