I drove 1000 miles round trip to get my first ABM SS. Never once regretted it. Only thing I regret about that car is I didn’t have the funds at the time to pay for my current car without trading the old one in.

The hard part is just getting the dealership rep I’ve been communicating with to send more information about the car. Pretty unhelpful, which is why I wish the car wasn’t so far so I could just see it for myself.

Seems like communication and customer service have really taken a nose dive in the last 10 years or so. Maybe I'm just getting older and even more cynical. How far away is the vehicle? Maybe take a roadtrip?

So true ariZona28. I finally got into management after 25 years at a fortune 500 company and my mentors all instilled in me that the customer may not always be right but want to be treated with some respect(in this case, letting sandiego74 know what the hell is going on). I can't believe the people under me don't know about customer service 101. Personally, it's gotten to the point that when I DO get good service, I'll let the manager know or fill out a survey. No ariZona28, you're not getting old and cynical, that's just the way it is now.

i totally agree with Arizona and Joe. Customer service has taken a nosedive the last 10 years, and down the toilet the last 2 or 3. Like noboday gives a crap anymore. It is like, "oh, that wasnt shipped in your order, are you sure? well that doesnt make sense, it should have" No apology, no let me get that shipped out asap nothing. Like I should be overjoyed that the other items showed up, and I am bothering them with this trivial problem of what I paid for isnt what I got

Called them today, and am very glad that I did. The original kat I was communicating with never go back to me about details, the build sheet, when it would be ready, etc. Talked to someone else today and the car is going to be ready tomorrow. Still offsite, so I can’t get any pictures from him, but he sent me the build sheet, at least.

It has everything I want, minus the Recaro seats and NPP exhaust, which is really no big deal to me. I may be reading the build sheet codes wrong, though. Does anyone know the build sheet codes for the Recaro’s and NPP exhaust?
